Construction Site Manager - Structural / Turnkey Projects (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Site Manager for structural and turnkey construction (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

What you’ll be doing

• Independent Site Management: You’ll manage and lead mostly regional turnkey projects in residential, administrative, industrial, and commercial construction. This covers everything from procurement planning and leading your own team and subcontractors to the final handover to the client.
• Go-to Person: You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and other project stakeholders.
• Knowledge & Process Management: You’ll play an active role in helping us improve our processes (e.g., BIM).

What you bring to the table

• A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a similar qualification as a technician (m/f/d).
• Several years of experience in site management for turnkey projects, ideally using agile methods like Lean Construction.
• A valid Class B driver’s license.
• Flexibility, commitment, a sense of responsibility, and great communication and teamwork skills.
• An independent, project-focused, and goal-oriented way of working.
