We’re looking for a Team Assistant (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

Our client is a leading player in the construction industry and is looking for people who share a real passion for what they do.

Location: Mainz-Kastel Start date: ASAP Level: Specialist Hours: Full-time or part-time Department: Structural Restoration

Your tasks:

• Assisting the branch and site management
• Keeping the office organized
• Coordinating monthly reports and regular meetings
• Helping out with day-to-day operations

What you bring to the table:

• A self-reliant and structured way of working
• You’re a strong team player with plenty of initiative
• You’re comfortable using MS Office
• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or some initial professional experience
