
Office Admin (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
We’re looking for an Admin Assistant (m/f/d) in Groß-Gerau on behalf of our client.
YOUR TASKS WITH OUR CLIENT:
- Taking and processing gas station fault reports via reporting platforms or over the phone
- Hiring, managing, and coordinating subcontractors
- Organizing, tracking deadlines, and documenting technical inspections and approvals with external partners, plus making sure everything is entered into internal and external portals on time
- Creating quotes and outgoing invoices for our customers
- Handling complaints and warranty cases
- Checking incoming quotes and awarding jobs to certified partner companies
- Maintaining and evaluating qualitative and quantitative data in the relevant systems
- Checking and processing incoming supplier invoices for materials and services
YOUR PROFILE:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Good user skills in standard MS Office programs
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- A real talent for organization and a great team player
- Customer-oriented and friendly attitude
- High level of flexibility and willingness to act outside of fixed routines
