We’re looking for a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

Our client is a leading, fast-growing project and construction management firm. They focus heavily on construction project management across all HOAI phases and AHO service profiles, covering project management and client representative functions. With over 50 employees across 3 locations, they bring construction projects to life and help their clients grow sustainably.

Your day-to-day

• You’ll handle the timely billing of project services.
• You’ll process incoming invoices and make sure all payments in and out are booked correctly.
• You’ll manage the checking and booking of travel expenses and company credit cards.
• You’ll help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and be the go-to person for any questions.
• You’ll help with the digitalization of the office.
• You’ll assist in preparing and submitting local audits and tax returns.
• You’ll work closely with the finance team and the tax consultants.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in accounting.
• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or a similar qualification.
• You’ve built up deep expertise, you keep learning, and you’re happy to share your knowledge with others.
• You’re thorough, independent, solution-oriented, and ready to take on responsibility.
• You speak great German and good English.
