Customer Billing Specialist (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
YOU FOR US
- Recording and maintaining customer master data
- Checking submitted documents for accuracy
- Creating invoices, collective invoices, and customer evaluations
- Supporting accounting with billing lists (Excel)
- Maintaining the BP system and coordinating inventory with international partners (German/English)
- Uploading invoices in the customer portal for payment
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification through work experience
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Abacus is desirable)
- Organizational talent, affinity for numbers, and thinking outside the box
- Structured, careful, independent, and highly committed
- Friendly, professional interaction with customers and solution-oriented work
