What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Customer Billing Clerk (m/f/d) for our client based in Hamburg.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Enter and maintain customer master data
- Check submitted documents for accuracy
- Create invoices, collective invoices, and customer reports
- Support the accounting team with billing lists (Excel)
- Maintain the BP system and coordinate inventory with international partners (German/English)
- Upload invoices to the customer portal for payment
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial training or a similar qualification through work experience
- Great MS Office skills (Word, Excel) and experience with ERP systems (Abacus is a plus)
- A talent for organizing, a knack for numbers, and the ability to see the big picture
- Structured, diligent, independent, and highly motivated
- Friendly, professional manner with customers and a solution-oriented approach
