What you will do with us
- YOU FOR US
- Ensure smooth and efficient deployment of assigned service technicians and contracted subcontractors
- Monitor compliance with completion deadlines for our customers, including logging in internal and external portals
- Timely organization of maintenance and project appointments as well as appointments with central monitoring agencies
- Handle gas station disruptions, and create offers and outgoing invoices for customers
- Handle complaints and warranty processing
- Review offers and commission certified partner companies
- Process and verify performance records, including vacation and training planning for the respective service technicians
- Quantitative and qualitative data entry in relevant databases (ERP system)
- Process incoming supplier invoices for materials and services
- Effective collaboration within the regional team
- YOUR PROFILE
- Expertise: you have completed technical or commercial training
- Experience: you already have professional experience in the relevant field, ideally in the dispatch of service technicians
- Computer skills: you have excellent knowledge of the MS Office package and are familiar with operating an ERP system
- Skills: strong organizational talent, communicative service mentality, and team spirit
