On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Team Assistant (m/f/d) for Corporate Development with a focus on Digitalization, AI & Transformation.

Tasks at our client's place

Design, Communication & Digital Collaboration

• Managing and improving internal communication channels
• Creating and tailoring content on your own (texts, visuals, short videos)
• Moderating and supporting internal events and digital formats
• Organizing and following up on workshops, training sessions, and internal events
• Professional design and visual prep for presentations, concepts, and decision papers
• Supporting internal projects related to innovation and digitalization (including change management support)

Digital Team & Project Support

• Organizational support for ongoing projects in a digital work environment
• Active help with introducing and developing modern ways of working, tools, and standards
• Helping out with the rollout and use of AI solutions (e.g., AI agents) in corporate development
• Working closely with project leads and relevant departments
• Selected admin tasks (like billing, travel planning)
• Taking charge of smaller project packages and supporting project management for AI/digitalization projects

What we're looking for

• Completed commercial training or a similar qualification
• Great communication skills
• A strong sense for digital and design, especially for presentations and communication
• Interest and curiosity in dealing with Artificial Intelligence (e.g., AI agents) and digital innovations. Initial experience with MS Copilot is a plus.
• Independent, reliable, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very confident using Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
• Interest in communication, media design, and digital formats
• Openness to new tools, methods, and digital ways of working
• Enjoying taking the lead on topics and developing new formats
