Clerk (m/f/d) Financial Accounting

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Financial Accounting Clerk (m/f/d).

Entry level: Specialist Working hours: Full-time Unit: Finance, Taxes, and Law

Your tasks:

• Independently handling companies in day-to-day business within the corporate group
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Handling payment transactions including cash pooling
• Managing asset accounting
• Preparing VAT returns and EC sales lists
• Taking over and posting personnel costs
• Various account reconciliations
• Preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code)

What you bring to the table:

• Successfully completed training as an Industrial Clerk (IHK) (m/f/d) or a similar qualification
• Relevant professional experience, ideally supplemented by further training as a Certified Management Accountant (IHK) (m/f/d) or similar qualification
• Digital way of working through knowledge of system networking
• High level of responsibility
• Structured, independent, and team-oriented way of working
• Experience with common ERP systems like Nevaris as well as JobRouter, Verifier, and DocuWare is a plus
• Very good German skills
