Dispatcher (m/f/d) in Munich

We’re looking for a Dispatcher (m/f/d) in Munich on behalf of our client.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Taking gas station repair requests via reporting platforms or over the phone
• Hiring and coordinating subcontractors
• Managing the schedules for assigned service technicians to keep things running smoothly, including planning for vacations and training
• Organizing maintenance, project dates, and appointments with central monitoring offices on time
• Making sure deadlines for our oil industry clients are met
• Checking and processing work reports, weekly logs, and subcontractor invoices
• Entering and maintaining data in the relevant databases
• Applying for reinvestment measures for clients, including creating quotes and outgoing invoices
• Handling complaints and warranty claims

YOUR PROFILE

• Expertise: You have a completed technical or commercial vocational training
• Experience: You’ve already worked in a relevant field, ideally in dispatching service technicians
• Tech Skills: You’re great with MS Office and know your way around ERP systems
• Skills: Strong organizational talent, a service-oriented mindset, and being a team player are key to succeeding in this role
