Apprenticeship as a legal assistant (m/f/d)

What you'll learn with our client:

• Digital file management and helping out with managing appointments, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Taking phone calls and scheduling, plus prepping for and following up on meetings
• Preparing letters and legal documents for courts and authorities
• Getting into receivables management (court dunning procedures and subsequent enforcement measures) as well as litigation
• Helping with creating and checking compensation and cost invoices according to the Legal Remuneration Act (RVG)

What you should bring to the table:

• You're working towards or already have your high school diploma (general or specialized) or a good middle school certificate
• You're fluent in written and spoken German
• A good feel for numbers and an interest in economic and legal topics
• You like working in a team, enjoy dealing with people, and love learning new things
