HR Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

We’re looking for an HR Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

• Your Tasks
  • You’ll handle the monthly payroll for a specific group of employees on your own, making sure everything follows collective agreements, tax laws, and social security rules.
  • You’ll enter and maintain employee master data and transaction data, keeping a close eye on deadlines.
  • You’ll take care of all reporting, issue certificates, and act as the main point of contact for health insurance providers, social security agencies, and authorities.
  • You’ll be the go-to person for employees and managers regarding any payroll questions.
  • You’ll put together statistics and HR reports to provide management with solid data for decision-making.
  • You’ll support external audits and get involved in projects and broader HR tasks.
• What You Bring to the Table
  • You have a completed commercial or business-related vocational training.
  • You have several years of experience in payroll, ideally within an HR department.
  • You’re tech-savvy, especially with SAP HR and MS Office.
  • You’ve got a great head for numbers and a very precise way of working.
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and have great communication skills, teamwork, and initiative.
  • You enjoy working with people and know how to stay professional and service-oriented.
