Accountant / Financial Accountant (m/f/d) - Part-time

We’re looking for a part-time Financial Accountant / Bookkeeper (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

What you’ll be doing

The team is growing, and together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure the numbers are spot on.

• The Closing: You’ll play a key role in monthly and annual financial statements (HGB) and prepare balance sheet items independently.
• Joint Venture Expertise: Construction joint ventures (ARGE) are complex; you’ll support the team with tax and commercial management here.
• The Big Picture: In day-to-day business (payment runs, accounts payable/receivable), you’ll work hand-in-hand with the bookkeepers and keep an eye on cash flow.
• Taxes: You’ll prepare VAT returns and clarify specific tax questions in coordination with consultants.
• Optimization: You’ll bring your experience to the table to help the team further improve processes in Nevaris Financials.

What you bring to the team

Your Foundation: You are a certified Financial Accountant (IHK), a tax assistant, or have a similar commercial qualification (e.g., banking specialist) with relevant further training.

Your Profile:

• Software: They use Nevaris Finance. If you come from the MS Dynamics NAV / Navision world, you’ll feel right at home since Nevaris is based on it.
• Passion for Construction: Experience in the construction industry and ideally with joint ventures is a big plus. However, it’s not a dealbreaker if you’re eager to learn.
• Tools: You’re a pro with Excel.
• Personality: You’re a team player, you work in a structured way, and you keep your good mood even when things get busy.
