Together, we are establishing state-of-the-art processes such as the 100% full-displacement SMARTEX system. You are a pioneer from day one. Your area of operation is the Northern Germany region (Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony, Bremen). Since we create works that last, you are active directly on our assembly construction sites. We are in the build-up phase – that means real pioneering work on site. Don't worry: we'll organize your accommodation, and you'll have a crew vehicle for mobility.

What you can move with us

You are the engine for the roll-out of our new special civil engineering division in the North. You safely implement high-end processes such as full-displacement bored piles (Fundex system) and the SMARTEX system. In doing so, you take over the management of the construction site on site, coordinate your team, and ensure that the drilling rigs run precisely. You realize low-noise and low-vibration processes that make the difference in urban construction. When it comes to quality and safety, you don't make compromises – you lead your team with a clear edge and real Marti spirit.

What you bring to the table

Your basis is a completed vocational training in construction.

You have sound experience in special civil engineering, ideally in the field of bored pile foundations or driving techniques. Since you want to conquer the North, you bring the necessary willingness to travel for assembly assignments and a class B driver's license. You are up for intelligent concepts, are decisive, and keep your cool even with complex geology.
