Together, we establish state-of-the-art processes like the 100% full-displacement SMARTEX system. You are a pioneer from day one. Your area of operation is the Northern Germany region (Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony, Bremen). Since we create works that last, you are active directly on our assembly construction sites. We are in the buildup phase – that means real pioneering work on-site. Don't worry: we organize your accommodation, and you'll have a crew vehicle for mobility.

What you can move with us

You are the right hand on the equipment and the engine of our construction site logistics. You support the execution of drilling, pile driving, and micropile work and work directly on our modern high-performance equipment (Fundex / SMARTEX system).

• Support: You guide the equipment operator and ensure a smooth process at the borehole.
• Technology: You operate and maintain machines in special civil engineering and prepare the construction site professionally.
• Craftsmanship: You actively support the team with concreting and grouting work.
• Quality and Safety: You make no compromises and carry out your activities with real Marti spirit.

What you bring to the table

Your foundation is manual skill and technical understanding. Ideally, you already have professional experience in special civil engineering (drilling and pile driving). Since you want to conquer the North, you bring the necessary willingness to travel for assembly assignments. A class B driver's license is desirable. You are a team player, work reliably, and want to get stuck into demanding underground projects.
