Working closely with amazing colleagues, you ensure the delivery of custom interiors and furniture of the highest quality.
As a Project Manager at RIIS Retail, you take responsibility for leading and executing projects from start to finish. - Time and Cost Management: Adhere to deadlines, budgets, and financial frameworks.
- Relationship Management and Customer Care: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Be a sparring partner and ensure the client feels heard and understood throughout the project.
- Coordination of Interiors and Furniture: Work closely with designers, buyers, and suppliers to ensure correct delivery and implementation.
- Negotiations and Contract Management: Conduct contract negotiations and find solutions that lead to success for all parties involved.
- International Projects: Network across European markets and build a solid network of contractors and suppliers.
What You Bring:
- Completed training as an architect, civil engineer, or construction technician, ideally with a craft background, or master craftsman in the main construction trade.
- Experience in project or construction management and a deep understanding of construction processes.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dialogue with clients.
- Structured, decisive work style with solution-oriented thinking.
- Experience or interest in coordinating furniture and furnishings within construction projects.
- Language skills in German, Polish, and English (all three required).
- Enjoyment of complex tasks and a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel and further develop your skills in planning, leadership, and negotiation.
What We Offer:
At RIIS Retail, you'll be part of a creative work environment focused on collaboration, innovation, and strong client relationships.
- Thorough onboarding into our processes and systems.
- An international career with exciting and varied tasks.
- A strong, dynamic project team with great camaraderie.
- Attractive employment conditions, including canteen service, health care, fitness room, and an active staff association.
- You work with some of the largest international brands and have the opportunity to explore the world through your projects.
