Together, we are establishing state-of-the-art processes like the 100% full-displacement SMARTEX system. You are a pioneer from day one. Your area of operation is the Northern Germany region (Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony, Bremen). Since we create works that last, you'll be active directly on our assembly construction sites. We are in the buildup phase – that means real pioneering work on-site. Don't worry: we'll organize your accommodation, and you'll have a crew vehicle for mobility.

What you can move with us

You are the pilot of our flagships. You operate rotary drilling and pile driving rigs (e.g., Fundex system and the SMARTEX system) and ensure safe and efficient operation on the construction site. You take responsibility for your machine, carry out minor maintenance work independently, and precisely document drilling and driving parameters. Working closely with the site management and your crew, you implement low-noise and low-vibration processes that set the standard in modern urban construction.

What you bring to the table

Your foundation is a successfully completed apprenticeship as a construction equipment operator or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience, ideally in special civil engineering, and are confident in handling large equipment. Since you want to conquer the North, you bring the necessary willingness to travel for assembly assignments and a Class B driver's license. Technical understanding, a sense of responsibility, and teamwork are a given for you.
