Your role in the company

In this position, you are responsible for the professional installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems. You'll work independently on diverse projects and ensure our systems run reliably – from setup and commissioning to long-term support.

Your tasks at a glance:

  • Independent assembly, installation, programming, and commissioning of intrusion detection systems (EMA), fire alarm systems (BMA), access control systems (ZuKo), video surveillance systems, voice alarm systems (SAA), and electro-acoustic systems (ELA)
  • Creating and maintaining all technical documents like wiring plans, connection documents, and object sketches, including documentation according to the QM system
  • Carrying out measurement and testing tasks according to current standards (DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675) and creating the corresponding protocols
  • Maintenance, repair, service, and troubleshooting on existing systems including detailed documentation
  • Communication and coordination with customers, clients, and suppliers as well as customer briefings, training, and on-site, telephone, or remote support
  • Recording customer info, e.g., regarding order expansions, customer wishes, or satisfaction, and working closely with the project manager on order billing
  • Participation in on-call service

What makes you stand out

  • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, information and communication technology, or similar fields, e.g., electronics technician for energy and building technology, electronics technician for devices and systems, information electronics technician, or IT specialist for system integration
  • Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, security technology, or IT system technology
  • Practical experience in assembly, service, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems
  • Solid knowledge in at least one of these areas: intrusion detection (EMA), fire alarms (BMA), video surveillance, access control, voice alarms (SAA) / electro-acoustic systems (ELA)
  • Knowledge of relevant standards: DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675, DIN 4102, MLAR
  • Basic knowledge of business administration, IT, and computers
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
  • High reliability, commitment, and willingness to perform
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a clear focus on the customer
  • Confident, reliable, and friendly demeanor
  • Business-fluent German skills (C1)
  • Driver's license class B
