Project Manager (m/f/d) Turnkey Building Construction

Tasks

• You're in charge of independently managing and handling turnkey projects within the team.
• You'll also be involved in work preparation.
• In your role, you're responsible for subcontractor management during execution (quality, costs, deadlines).
• You coordinate and communicate within the project team.
• As a project manager for turnkey building construction, you organize and document the trades or the construction site.

What We Rely On

• Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture (FH/Uni/TU).
• At least 4 years of experience in project management.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and RIB iTWO.
• General "mobility" for construction site deployment up to 200 km from the hiring location.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Teamwork, social skills, and a willingness to commit.
