What you will do with us

Details about the role and requirements

If you want your job to be more than just a job – become a Warehouse Worker / Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) at ALGECO!

If you’d rather get stuck in than sit around, you’ve got a natural sense for order, and you like making sure everything is where it needs to be—keep reading. Because at ALGECO, you’re not just “doing warehouse work” — you keep the whole operation running.

Your mission with us:

  • Keep an eye on consumables, furniture, and spare parts — you spot early when something’s running low and make sure reorders happen smoothly
  • Keep the warehouse organized, controlled, and moving — from goods receipt and proper storage to regular damage checks
  • Escort subcontractors on site, coordinate their work, and be a reliable go-to person in day-to-day operations
  • Document all goods movements and stock levels directly and carefully in the ERP system to ensure transparency and traceability
  • Handle complaints in a solution-focused way and help make sure issues get fixed quickly and professionally
  • Take responsibility for furniture stock and warehouse inventory — as a diligent inventory coordinator (m/f/d) who keeps things tidy and clear
  • Consistently follow processes, quality standards, and safety rules — because precision, reliability, and care are the foundation of your success

What you bring:

  • Completed training in warehousing or logistics — alternatively, a hands-on technical/trade background
  • Experience with ERP systems (Navision is a plus) and confident with MS Office
  • Technical understanding of drawings and warehouse processes as a logical system
  • Ideally, a forklift license
  • Structured, reliable, and independent way of working — even when things get hectic
  • Team player with a hands-on mindset — no excuses, just solutions
  • Clear communication — very good German, solid English skills (at least B2)
