What you will do with us
We are looking for an Excavator Operator (m/f/d) to join our construction team in the field of contaminated site remediation with construction sites throughout Germany, starting immediately.

What to expect in your new role:
- Operating crawler and wheeled excavators of at least 30 tons on various remediation sites, mainly in Germany; Austria/Switzerland also possible depending on the order
- Carrying out excavation, demolition, and backfilling work
- Selecting and using the right attachments for excavators (including hydraulic hammers, grabs, swivel buckets, etc.)
- Close cooperation with foremen, site managers, and senior site managers, as well as reporting to them
- Regular maintenance and inspection of construction machinery to ensure smooth processes, as well as reporting to supervisors in case of downtime
- Compliance with, participation in, and implementation of BAUER standards in the area of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
How you can convince us:
- Initial professional experience as an excavator operator; several years of experience is a plus but not a must
- Experience with other construction machinery, e.g., wheel loaders, bulldozers, compaction equipment is a plus
- Completed training as a construction equipment operator or valid construction machinery/equipment licenses are a plus
- Willingness to work on construction sites throughout Germany, possibly also Austria and Switzerland depending on the order
- Valid Class B driver's license
