Your Tasks

• Planning, managing, and overseeing nationwide deployments of HVAC technicians and other trades
• Technical review, approval, and coordination of materials
• Scheduling with customers and efficient deployment and resource planning
• Ensuring that employees and customers always have all the necessary information
• Complete documentation of all processes and active intervention in case of bottlenecks
• Further development of deployment planning and processes

Your Profile

• Completed master training in the HVAC field or comparable technical training
• Alternatively: several years of experience in deployment planning, scheduling, or project coordination in crafts, HVAC, or technical service
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, proactive working style
• Clear, assertive demeanor – even in stressful situations
• Interest in renewable energies and willingness to continuously expand expertise
• High sense of responsibility and genuine interest in optimizing processes
