What you will do with us
Your tasks
- Planning, managing, and organizing the construction process
- Recording and documenting extra or different services
- Scheduling for your own and external staff
- Documenting working hours and pay
- Surveying and staking out work on the construction site
- Supporting the site management in contact with clients and authorities
- Taking part in meetings with site management and subcontractors
- Keeping the construction diary
- Planning material needs, coordinating procurement and delivery
- Checking subcontractor documents
- Making sure health and safety rules are followed
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational-technical training and/or further training as a certified foreman (m/f/d) with a master craftsman's certificate or as a site foreman (m/f/d)
- Several years of work experience in road construction and/or civil engineering
- Good knowledge of occupational health and safety on construction sites
- Class B driver's license
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Reliability, commitment, and flexibility
- Assertiveness, leadership skills, and team spirit
