Tasks at Geiger:
- Independent work on stationary systems:
- Preventive maintenance including servicing
- Repairs due to malfunctions
- Optimization measures
- Helping with troubleshooting and fixing construction machinery (excavators, wheel loaders)
- Making sure safety rules and standards are followed
- Building technical equipment as well as metalworking and welding tasks
- Taking care of tools and machines in the work area
What we're looking for:
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), or something similar
- Work experience and good welding skills are a plus
- Good practical and technical understanding
- A careful and independent way of working, plus being a team player with good communication skills
- High motivation and willingness to perform
