Construction Manager for Road and Civil Engineering (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
Tasks
- Independently planning, preparing, and executing construction projects
- Creating and maintaining work calculations
- Procuring equipment, machines, and materials on time and within budget according to company guidelines
- Coordinating with specialist engineers, consultants, staff, and subcontractors
- Calculating and negotiating additional work offers
- Monitoring construction progress and site results
- Promptly preparing measurements and billing documents
- Creating performance reports as well as project analysis and forecasts
- Regular coordination with group and department management on technical and personnel-related topics
Qualifications
- Completed civil engineering degree (FH/TU) with a focus on road construction/construction management, or similar
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- User knowledge of a calculation and billing program (ideally ARRIBA/iTWO)
- Commitment, assertiveness, and team spirit
- Independent, dedicated, and responsible work style
