What you will do with us
Your contribution with us
- Planning, prepping, and running construction projects on your own
- Creating and keeping up with the job calculations
- Getting equipment, machines, and materials on time and on budget according to company rules
- Coordinating the crew, site operations, and subcontractors
- Calculating and negotiating extra work offers
- Keeping an eye on the construction progress and the final results
- Getting measurements and billing docs done quickly
- Creating performance reports and prepping project analyses and forecasts
- Checking in regularly with group and regional management about technical and staff stuff
What matters to us
We're looking for you - as soon as possible!
- Degree in civil engineering or something similar
- Good with MS Office
- First experience with billing and calculation software is a plus (ideally ARRIBA, RIB iTWO)
- Solid knowledge of construction contract law and VOB
- Business-minded approach and an independent, dedicated, and responsible way of working
- Assertiveness and team spirit
- Good at negotiating and communicating
- Driver's license is a must
