Senior Site Manager (m/f/d)
For our bridge/concrete repair division, we’re looking for a long-term addition to strengthen GBS mbH & Co. KG in Neunkirchen/Saar: a Senior Site Manager (m/f/d) who wants to bring their experience in bridge/concrete repair to our team and grow with us.

Your tasks
- independently organizing and managing the assigned construction sites with a focus on quality, cost, and schedule
- supporting acquisition as well as bid and negotiation strategy
- planning and managing staffing for project and site management
- leading negotiations with clients, authorities, planners, and subcontractors
- preparing and enforcing change orders/claims
Our requirements
- a successfully completed degree in civil engineering
- technical know-how in bridge/concrete repair and site management
- an independent, structured way of working, assertiveness, and commitment
- leadership experience and strong negotiation skills
