Senior Site Manager (m/f/d)
For our Bridge/Concrete Repair division, we're looking for a Senior Site Manager (m/f/d) to join the GBS mbH Co. KG team in Neunkirchen/Saar for the long haul. We want someone who wants to bring their experience in bridge and concrete repair to the table and grow with us.

Your tasks
- independent organization and handling of assigned construction sites focusing on quality, costs, and deadlines
- helping out with acquisitions as well as bidding and negotiation strategies
- planning staff deployment and leading project and site management
- leading negotiations with clients, authorities, planners, and subcontractors
- managing and pushing through supplementary claims
Our requirements
- a degree in civil engineering
- technical know-how in bridge/concrete repair and site management
- an independent and structured way of working, assertiveness, and commitment
- leadership experience and negotiation skills
