What you will do with us
Executive Assistant (m/f/d)
Are you motivated, reliable, and a team player? We’re looking for someone to join our well-known waste management company based in Neunkirchen/Saar. For us, it’s all about mutual respect and treating our customers fairly.
What you’ll be doing:
- General office tasks, like handling and distributing the mail
- Being the go-to person at the front desk/switchboard
- Supporting the management team with all things organizational and admin-related
- Taking charge of scheduling, organizing appointments, and planning business trips
- Setting up, prepping, and following up on meetings (like board or shareholder meetings) and taking minutes
- Getting stuck into developing, improving, and digitizing our admin processes
- Helping out with digital invoice processing (currently using Verifier/Jobrouter)
- Assisting with billing (currently using David.net)
- Managing contracts
- Taking care of general office chores on your own initiative (ordering swag and drinks, organizing cleaning services, etc.)
What you bring to the table:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or a similar degree, ideally with a business focus
- Ideally, a few years of experience assisting at the executive level, along with plenty of loyalty and discretion
- An experienced, communicative personality with a professional vibe and a respectful way of dealing with people
- Great organizational skills, an independent and systematic way of working, and a good feel for priorities
- Solid skills in standard Microsoft apps
- Good written and spoken German
- English skills are a plus
