Executive Assistant (m/f/d)
Are you motivated, reliable, and a team player? We’re offering you the chance to join a well-known waste management company based in Neunkirchen/Saar. For us, respectful teamwork and treating our customers fairly are at the heart of everything we do.
Your tasks:
- General secretarial duties, like handling incoming/outgoing mail and distribution
- Being the go-to person at the switchboard
- Supporting the management team with all organizational and administrative matters
- Independently coordinating and organizing appointments and planning business trips
- Organizing, preparing, and following up on meetings (e.g., management board meetings, shareholder meetings) and taking minutes
- Getting involved in developing, optimizing, and digitizing administrative processes
- Helping out with digital invoice processing (currently via Verifier/Jobrouter)
- Assisting with billing (currently via David.net)
- Contract management
- Taking care of general organizational tasks on your own (ordering promo materials, drinks, organizing cleaning services, etc.)
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial training, a similar qualification, or a degree, ideally with a business background
- Ideally several years of experience assisting at the executive level, combined with high levels of loyalty and discretion
- An experienced personality with strong communication skills, a professional vibe, and a respectful way of dealing with people
- A real talent for organizing, an independent and systematic way of working, and a good sense of priorities
- Confident using standard Microsoft apps
- Good written and spoken German
- English skills are a plus
