What you will do with us
Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to the Management
Are you motivated, reliable, and enjoy working in a team? We offer you the chance to join a well-known waste disposal company based in Neunkirchen/Saar. For us, respectful teamwork and fair dealings with our customers are at the heart of what we do.
Your tasks:
- General secretarial duties, e.g. handling incoming/outgoing mail and distribution
- Main contact at the phone switchboard
- Supporting management with all organizational and administrative matters
- Independently coordinating and organizing appointments, as well as planning business trips
- Organizing, preparing, and following up on meetings (e.g. management meetings, shareholders’ meetings) and taking minutes
- Actively helping develop, improve, and digitize administrative processes
- Assisting with digital invoice processing (currently via Verifier/Jobrouter)
- Assisting with invoicing (currently via David.net)
- Contract administration
- Taking care of general organizational tasks on your own responsibility (ordering promotional materials, drinks, organizing cleaning services, etc.)
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or comparable training/degree, ideally with a business background
- Ideally several years of experience as an executive-level assistant, along with a high level of loyalty and discretion
- An experienced, strong communicator with a professional presence and a respectful, appreciative way with people
- Excellent organizational skills, an independent and structured way of working, and a good sense of priorities
- Confident with the common Microsoft applications
- Good German skills, spoken and written
- English skills, spoken and written, are a plus
