What you will do with us
Executive Assistant (m/f/d)
Are you motivated, reliable, and a team player? We’re looking for someone to join our well-known waste management company based in Neunkirchen/Saar. For us, it’s all about respectful teamwork and treating our customers fairly.
Your tasks:
- General secretarial duties, like handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Being the go-to person at the front desk/switchboard
- Supporting the management team with all things organizational and administrative
- Handling calendar management and planning business trips on your own
- Organizing and prepping for meetings (like board or shareholder meetings) and taking minutes
- Getting involved in developing and digitizing administrative processes
- Helping out with digital invoice processing (currently using Verifier/Jobrouter)
- Assisting with billing (currently using David.net)
- Managing contracts
- Taking care of general office tasks independently (ordering swag, drinks, organizing cleaning services, etc.)
Your qualifications:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree, ideally with a business focus
- Ideally a few years of experience assisting at the executive level, along with plenty of loyalty and discretion
- An experienced, communicative personality with a professional vibe and a respectful way of dealing with people
- Great organizational skills, an independent and systematic way of working, and a good sense of priorities
- Solid skills with Microsoft Office
- Good written and spoken German
- English skills are a plus
