What you bring to the table:

• Completed vocational training as a Roofer (m/f/d) with professional experience.
• Solid knowledge of different roof types, materials, and solutions.
• A solution-oriented mindset, plus the ability to work independently, stay focused, and remain flexible.
• Experience in coordinating and organizing a construction site.
• A strong sense of responsibility and safety.
• Team spirit and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Ideally, some initial experience in a leadership role.
• At least a Class B driver’s license.
• Skills as a Roofing Foreman, waterproofing technician, pitched roofs, tinsmithing, or facades.

Your tasks:

• Leading a roofing team of 3-4 people on-site.
• Coordination and communication with the customer on-site.
