Master Roofer (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Master Roofer (m/f/d) on behalf of our client. They’re a young, dynamic company actively shaping the energy transition, focusing on the planning, installation, and maintenance of PV systems, heat pumps, and modern energy management.

Your Tasks

· Leading the PV team on construction sites (new builds & existing buildings) both technically and disciplinarily

· Taking charge of the execution and quality assurance of all roofing work, including substructures for PV mounting

· Coordinating the interfaces between roofing, photovoltaics, and heat pumps with the other trades involved

· Getting projects done according to plans and deadlines while ensuring all technical and regulatory requirements are met

· Resource planning, plus material and equipment management

· Training and developing your team members

· Ensuring proper documentation and handover to the customer, including technical briefings

Your Profile

· A Master Craftsman qualification in roofing or a similar field with leadership experience

· Several years of hands-on experience in roofing, ideally with a background in PV installation or renewable energies

· Strong leadership skills, initiative, and a focus on quality

· Great communication skills and a team- and customer-oriented mindset

· Class B driver’s license

· Good German skills (written and spoken)
