Your tasks:
- Leading a roofing team of 3 to 4 people on-site
- Coordination and communication with the customer on-site
What you bring to the table:
- Completed vocational training as a Roofer (m/f/d)
- Professional experience and expertise in various roof types, materials, and solutions
- Experience in coordinating and organizing a construction site
- A strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
- An independent, goal-oriented way of working and flexibility
- Team spirit and the ability to motivate others
- Ideally some initial leadership experience
- A Class B driver’s license
