What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Technical Operations Manager for Roofing (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
Job Description
- You’ll lead our DC instructors and make sure the team works together smoothly.
- You’ll take on typical master craftsman tasks, like providing technical guidance to the teams and leveling up our training concepts.
- You’ll play an active role in shaping the training for our DC installers, ensuring it’s hands-on and follows consistent guidelines.
- You’ll make sure our roofing service work runs flawlessly and hits the highest quality standards.
- You’ll represent the company to the outside world, including guilds, chambers of crafts, and trade associations.
Qualifications
- You’re a certified Master Roofer.
- You’ve got at least one year of professional experience under your belt since getting your master’s certificate.
- You have a Class B driver’s license and are willing to travel to support our teams at various sites.
- You’re flexible, love working in dynamic environments, and enjoy trying out new ways of doing things.
- You speak great German (C1/C2); other languages like Russian are a definite plus.
