Asphalt Paving Foreman (m/f/d) – including vacation pay and a 13th-month bonus

We’re looking for an Asphalt Construction Foreman (m/f/d) for our client in the Bornhöved area.

What matters to us:

• You’ve completed vocational training in road construction or asphalt paving.
• You’ve also finished further training as a certified foreman (Polier, Werkpolier, or Schachtmeister).
• A few years of professional experience is a plus.
• You have a Class B driver’s license.
• You’re a self-starter with a dedicated work ethic who can strengthen our team.

Your role with us: As a foreman, you’ll plan, shape, and manage the construction process. This includes:

• Assigning tasks to both internal and external site staff and checking their paperwork.
• Coordinating with site management to make sure everything stays on schedule.
• Supporting site management when dealing with clients and local authorities.
