We’re looking for a Senior Construction Manager in road, civil, and asphalt construction (m/f/d) for our client in Schleswig-Holstein.

What matters

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar qualification
• Solid professional experience in a similar role
• Good skills with billing and estimation software (ideally iTWO)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and leadership experience
• An entrepreneurial, analytical, and conceptual mindset
• An independent, proactive, and results-oriented way of working, plus great teamwork and communication skills

Your contribution to the team

• Taking full responsibility for managing complex road, civil, and asphalt construction projects
• Instructing and leading construction managers
• Overseeing estimates, bids, and construction workflows, as well as monitoring site results
• Negotiating with subcontractors and clients
• Helping with change order management and enforcement
• Keeping the group or division manager in the loop regarding all key technical and personnel matters
