Asphalt Construction Site Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for an Asphalt Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) in Bornhöved on behalf of our client.

What matters

• Several years of experience as an asphalt construction site manager
• A degree in Civil Engineering (FH/TU) or a similar qualification, preferably specializing in road/civil engineering
• Experience with billing or costing software (ideally iTwo) is a plus
• Commitment, assertiveness, and a confident manner
• An independent, dedicated way of working and great teamwork skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong social skills, organizational and negotiation talent, and a proactive approach

Your role with our client

• Planning and independently managing asphalt construction projects
• Monitoring construction progress while keeping technical and financial goals in mind, plus checking site results
• Coordinating staff and subcontractors in collaboration with a foreman
• Handling change orders and billing
• Close communication with internal and external contacts, such as clients, group leaders, purchasing, and the estimating department
