Motivated apprentice (M/F/D) for road construction

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a motivated apprentice road builder (m/f/d). Are you interested in construction, do you like working outdoors, and do you want to learn a job where you can see the results every day? Then start your apprenticeship as a road builder (m/f/d) in the Bergisches Land region – and lay the foundation for a successful career in civil engineering and road construction.

Your tasks:

• Helping out with planning and carrying out road, path, and square construction work
• Getting involved in laying asphalt, concrete, and paving surfaces
• Helping with earthworks, digging trenches for pipes, and prepping the ground
• Getting to know and operating construction machinery and equipment under guidance
• Gaining insights into civil engineering, sewer, and road construction during daily operations
• Following safety and accident prevention rules on the construction site

Your profile:

• Middle school or secondary school diploma – ideally with a focus on crafts/trades
• Interest in technical stuff and hands-on work
• Enjoying working outdoors, even when the weather changes
• Physically fit, reliable, and a team player
• Willingness to learn, showing initiative, and a responsible attitude
• Class B driver's license is a plus, but not a must
