What we’re looking for

• A completed vocational or technical qualification (Skilled Worker / Specialist Worker (m/f/d))
• Experience operating asphalt paving equipment (screeds, pavers, and rollers) is a plus
• A Class B driver’s license
• Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to handle a busy workday

Your role on the team

• Operating the machinery in our asphalt crew (screed, paver, and roller)
• Helping out the crew with manual paving or other tasks involved in the process
• Carrying out standard industry tasks related to asphalt paving
• Keeping up with our health and safety standards on the job
