Estimator for Civil Engineering and Road Construction (m/f/d) | incl. holiday pay and 13th-month salary

We’re looking for a Civil Engineering Estimator (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

What our client is looking for

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar qualification
• Several years of solid experience in site management and estimating (or a similar role)
• Good MS Office skills and experience with billing and estimating software—ideally RIB iTWO
• A proactive, independent work style and a great team spirit
• A business-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to hold your own

Your role at the company

• Putting together bid estimates for roadworks and civil engineering projects
• Calculating construction costs through your own math and price inquiries
• Bringing in internal and external specialists for specific parts of the estimate
• Taking responsibility for overseeing calculations and bid preparations
• Consolidating individual trade estimates into one final package
• Creating contract estimates and spotting potential savings for the operations team
• Helping the group leader set up the working budget
• Keeping the group or department head in the loop on all key technical and personnel matters
