What you will do with us
We’re looking for Road Marking Crew Members (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
- ABOUT US: A leading player in the construction industry, our client handles everything from road and bridge construction to waterproofing, joint sealing, and installing asphalt expansion joints. They also take care of road markings, traffic management (setting up and maintaining construction site safety), and road repairs like crack sealing. They serve clients across Southern Germany and are looking for new people to join the team. If you value a friendly, supportive work environment, you’ll fit right in!
- WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
- Work with a great crew to keep Germany’s roads on track.
- Tasks include road marking, traffic safety, or joint sealing and waterproofing.
- Work in small, independent teams.
- Assignments based out of depots in Southern Germany, the Saxony/Saxony-Anhalt/Brandenburg region, or Hesse.
- Opportunity to get your official IHK Road Marker certification.
- WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- An interest in construction and assembly work.
- Motivation to learn something new.
- A standard driver’s license is required (Class C or CE is a big plus).
- Ideally, some experience in road marking, joint/crack repair, or bridge waterproofing.

- 4-day work week (Monday – Thursday).
