Project Manager in Building Construction / Turnkey Construction (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Independent Project Management: You will manage and lead the construction management teams for our mainly regional construction projects in turnkey residential, administrative, industrial, and commercial building, from planning the construction contract to coordinating and leading our own staff and subcontractors, all the way to handing over to the client.
• Competent Point of Contact: You will communicate with clients and other project participants.
• Knowledge and Process Management: You will actively support us in further developing our processes (e.g., BIM) and in training our junior staff.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in civil engineering/architecture or a comparable qualification as a technician (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in managing turnkey projects, ideally using agile methods like Lean Construction
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Flexibility, commitment, sense of responsibility, communication, and teamwork skills
• Independent, project- and goal-oriented working style
