Your Tasks
· Lead the PV team on construction sites (new builds & existing structures) both technically and disciplinarily
· Responsible for the execution and quality assurance of all roofing work, including substructures for PV installations
· Coordinate the interfaces between roofing/photovoltaics/heat pumps with the involved trades
· Implement projects according to plan and schedule, ensuring technical and regulatory requirements
· Plan deployments, manage materials and equipment
· Train and develop team members
· Ensure proper documentation and handover to the customer, including technical briefing
Your Profile
· Completed master qualification in roofing or a comparable field with leadership experience
· Several years of practical experience in the roofing trade, ideally with experience in photovoltaic installations or renewable energies
· Strong leadership skills, initiative, and quality awareness
· Excellent communication skills, team and customer orientation
· Class B driver's license
· Good German language skills, both spoken and written
