
Business Development Manager Material Sales (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze the market for heating and cooling ceilings and identify potential areas for business development with Material Sales. Develop business cases for selected segments and make decisions for implementation.
- Acquire new customers and business partners and maintain the customer base in the Material Sales area through strong customer presence.
- Ensure the processing of customer orders in the material supply business.
- Prepare offers and build offer foundations in collaboration with colleagues from the calculation and order center.
- Participate in the development of sales tools.
- Clarify technical requirements and provide necessary documentation for complete offer materials in collaboration with the product manager.
- Set up orders in the ERP system and maintain necessary system data.
- Continuously improve offer tools and processes.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree as an engineer, TGA technician (all) or comparable knowledge through experience in drywall and ceiling construction or heating and air conditioning technology.
- Experience in the construction services environment.
- Analytical and conceptual experience as well as experience in implementing sales concepts into pragmatic and economical processes.
- Several years of sales experience and project management experience; construction site experience is desirable.
- Good knowledge and confident use of modern communication tools, common MS Office products, and ERP/CRM applications.
- Very good German skills, ideally also English B1 or higher.
- Strong willingness to travel for work.
