Your Responsibilities

  • Independent Site Management: You'll manage and coordinate renovation projects in residential housing after tenant changes. You'll hire and supervise our subcontractors, make sure deadlines and quality standards are met, and keep an eye on costs and billing.
  • Expert Contact Person: You're the main point of contact for clients and everyone else involved in the project.
  • Structured Workflows and Development: You'll work within a clearly structured and recurring system, reliably implement our processes, and actively help us improve our renovation concept.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or a similar qualification like a Master Craftsman (m/f/d)
  • Work experience in site management, ideally in renovation / interior finishing
  • Valid Class B driver's license
  • Flexibility, commitment, sense of responsibility, and great communication and teamwork skills
  • Independent, project-oriented, and goal-driven way of working
