What you will do with us
Your Responsibilities
- Independent Construction Management: You manage and oversee our regional construction projects for turnkey/energy-efficient renovation of residential and commercial buildings, from planning the construction contract to coordinating and leading our staff and subcontractors, all the way to handing over to the client.
- Competent Point of Contact: You communicate with clients and other project participants.
- Knowledge and Process Management: You actively support us in further developing our processes.
Your Profile
- Completed studies in civil engineering/architecture or a comparable qualification as a master craftsman (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in construction management, ideally in renovation/interior work
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Flexibility, commitment, sense of responsibility, communication, and teamwork skills
- Independent, project- and goal-oriented working style
