Your Project

Iceland is known for its immense natural forces, and this is where we are shaping the future underground. For one of our challenging tunnel construction projects in Iceland, we are looking for you as a Construction Manager or Civil Engineer. You will take responsibility for technology, schedules, and quality, ensuring that complex construction processes function safely even under extraordinary conditions.

Your Tasks

• Leading and managing the construction execution in tunnel construction • Coordinating personnel, equipment, and subcontractors • Ensuring quality, schedules, costs, and work safety • Contributing to technical and economic optimization • Documenting construction progress

Your Profile

• Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in tunnel construction or special foundation engineering • Initiative, leadership skills, and intercultural competence • Good English skills, basic knowledge of Icelandic is desirable • Willingness for longer assignments abroad and teamwork in an international environment
