Tasks at KS Engineering:

• Shadowing experienced project managers in project control from preparation to billing of remediations (asbestos, PAH, and MMMF)
• Helping to stick to waste laws, occupational safety, and environmental regulations
• Helping with the economic optimization of projects while keeping contractual and technical requirements in mind
• Taking over your own projects after getting settled in
• Motivating leadership of interdisciplinary construction site teams
• Helping with strategic planning of capacities and resources
• Actively shaping the future in the field of "Building in Existing Contexts" - a growth market with huge potential

What we're looking for:

• A degree in Construction Project Management, Business Administration for Construction and Real Estate, Industrial Engineering (Construction), Civil Engineering, or something similar
• Initial leadership and construction site experience
• A high willingness to learn and commitment
• An independent and structured way of working
• Assertiveness and reliability
